  1. Eat breakfast within 30 minutes of waking.
    Eat every 2-3hrs to keep your metabolism going.
    Aim for 400 calories/meal, 100 calories/snack.
    ==>1400 calories/day.
    Never go under 1000 calories/day! Your body will totally freak out and think it's not going to get food again, so it will hold on to every fat cell you have. -Also why you need to eat every 2-3hrs-
    -Good foods to stick to:
    --Lean PROTEIN!!! - Protein builds lean muscle. You should eat half of your body weight in protein everyday. Ex: If you weigh 200lbs, you should be eating 100grams of protein every single day! That's a lot of chicken! lol
    --High Fiber foods - Digest slowly, making your tummy feel fuller for longer.
    --Veggies & fruits - As much as you want. I don't care if fruits have sugar in them, it's a simple sugar, not one that will store as bad fat. Go easy on high fat veggies, though, like avocados.
    --Lowfat dairy - non-fat yogurt & string cheese is your BF!! It has hardly any calories and LOTS of protein, along with calcium.
    Try not to eat after dinner (before bedtime)
    Remember that FOOD IS FUEL. That's it. Eat it, then burn it off.
    Don't get down on yourself if you eat some pizza one night, just start back again the next day.
    Go slowly and don't expect results overnight.
    It took us all how many years to get this way? It will take us a while to regain our healthy boides again, but IT CAN BE DONE! :)
    Oh, and pretty sure that wine is on every diet plan ;) teehehe.
